George B. Roorbach papers, 1909-1934.

The collection consists of correspondence, research materials, teaching materials, reprints and typescripts of George B. Roorbach. Correspondence includes letters discussing his work for the Statistics Committee of the U.S. Department of Commerce from 1918-1924, and letters to and from Wallace Brett Donham discussing curriculum for Business Economics courses at Harvard Business School. Research materials consist of typed and handwritten notes containing facts and statistics about economics and foreign trade. The collection documents the relationship between geographic factors and commerce, foreign trade, and Roorbach's efforts towards international agreements for uniform statistics.
